Hi, I'm Leah!
This has been a dream of mine for many years, so let me start by thanking you for checking out Connect Yoga!
I started practicing yoga in 2013 during a pretty low time in my life. Over the years, I have seen the subtle and quiet changes that yoga has brought to my life for the better. It has helped me to conquer chronic back pain, and build strength to be able to move freely without injury.
My goal is to share yoga that uses mindful movement with a focus on integrity of the postures, while weaving in ways to connect the lesson we learn on the mat to our day to day lives.
I want to help you make that connection between yoga and everyday life, to reap the full benefits of yoga... I also want to make you work, so don't forget your water bottle!
