I have designed this series to give you a good foundation to begin your yoga practice on, or to strengthen the foundation of your existing practice. I'm so passionate about sharing the fine details of postures and movements because it allows you to practice safely, reducing the risk of injury and building your confidence and strength. I can't tell you how many people over the years have confided in me that they would love to try yoga but are just too intimidated to attend a studio class.

If that sounds familiar, then know that I have created this course just for you.

Hi, I’m Leah.

I know that often the first step is the hardest when it comes to trying out yoga. I also know the reasons why it took me many attempts over a couple years to actually stick with yoga and find my flow.

I believe that by keeping things simple, working from where you are with what you have, and being open to learning about the rest of the 8 limbs of yoga you'll leave this course with a practice that you can build on.

I am on schedule to complete my Yoga Teacher Training (200 hrs) December 2020, and this course has become a passion of mine. I believe that yoga is for every body and I hope to connect with you soon.
